We are pleased to announce the appointment of our new Executive Director, Mrs. Rim El Khouja, who will assume her role on October 23rd. Mrs. El Khouja was selected after a rigorous recruitment process, and we are confident that her expertise, experience, and dedication will bring invaluable value to our organization.
Mrs. El Khouja’s professional journey and skills have truly caught our attention. She has been working at the Carrefour des femmes d’Anjou since 2012, where she has demonstrated exceptional leadership qualities. Her commitment to member service and her ability to deliver results are undeniable. Her achievements in partnership development are also noteworthy.
With a great ability to build trust-based relationships, she will be a significant asset to our organization. Her autonomy and excellent prioritization skills are essential competencies for leading our organization to new heights.
In addition to her impressive professional skills, Mrs. El Khouja holds a Master’s degree in Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
We are confident that she will bring exceptional vision and leadership to our organization. We look forward to working with her to continue serving our members with dedication and excellence. Mrs. Renée Turcotte will remain in her position until December 2023 to ensure a smooth transition.
